Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will review the issue and work to resolve it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

EU 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a reason.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at insaia999@outlook.com.
